1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms of Use apply to the ProSavePlus website, mobile application, professional panel and related services. If you use ProSavePlus on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

2. The service

ProSavePlus helps users import, scan, convert, organize, store and share documents, folders, contacts and store cards. Features and limits may vary according to the selected plan, device, country or current version of the service.

3. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by a failure attributable to ProSavePlus.

• Use a strong, unique password.
• Enable two-factor authentication when available.
• Review active sessions and revoke devices you no longer use.

4. Your content

You retain your rights in the files and information you upload. You grant ProSavePlus only the limited rights necessary to host, process, convert, back up and transmit that content so the requested service can be delivered.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required to upload and share your content.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break the law, infringe third-party rights, distribute malware, bypass security controls, overload the infrastructure, obtain unauthorized access or store content that is harmful, fraudulent or illegal.

6. Sharing and recipients

You control the recipients and permissions used when sharing documents or folders. Review the selected recipient and access level before sending sensitive information. A recipient may retain a copy after receiving lawful access.

7. Plans and payments

Paid plans, prices, billing periods, storage limits and renewal conditions are presented before purchase. Taxes and store-platform rules may apply. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, fees already due are not refundable after the relevant service period has begun.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep ProSavePlus available and secure, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, security events or circumstances beyond reasonable control may temporarily affect access. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using ProSavePlus and request account deletion. We may restrict or suspend access when necessary to protect users or the service, respond to unlawful activity, enforce these terms or meet a legal obligation.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, ProSavePlus is not responsible for indirect losses, user errors, unauthorized sharing by a user or failures caused by third-party networks and services outside our reasonable control.

11. Intellectual property

The ProSavePlus name, visual identity, software, interfaces and original website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No right is granted except the limited right to use the service under these terms.

12. Governing rules

These terms are governed by applicable Belgian and European Union law, without removing any mandatory consumer protection available in your country of residence.
