Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data ProSavePlus processes, why it is used and the choices available to you.
Last updated: 6 September 2026
We process personal data only when needed to provide, protect and improve ProSavePlus, and we do not sell your personal data.
1. Data controller
ProSavePlus is responsible for the processing described in this policy. Privacy questions and rights requests may be sent to contact@prosaveplus.com.
2. Data we may process
- Account information, such as your name, email address and authentication details.
- Subscription and billing information required to manage a paid plan.
- Documents, folders, contacts, store cards and metadata that you choose to add.
- Sharing, mailbox and collaboration information needed to deliver your actions.
- Technical and security data, including device, browser, IP address, approximate location, session and sign-in information.
- Support communications and information you provide when contacting us.
3. Why we use data
We use personal data to create and secure accounts, store and process requested content, synchronize devices, deliver sharing features, manage subscriptions, respond to support requests, detect abuse, maintain service reliability and comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal bases
Depending on the activity, processing is based on performance of the service contract, compliance with a legal obligation, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, or your consent when it is specifically requested. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
5. Service providers and recipients
Data may be shared with carefully selected infrastructure, hosting, payment, email, support and security providers only when necessary for their task. It may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users and the service.
6. International transfers
When a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, ProSavePlus uses an appropriate transfer mechanism and safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.
7. Retention
Data is kept only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose, account operation, legal obligations and dispute prevention. When you confirm account deletion, the account is deactivated. A protected backup copy may be retained for up to 90 days before permanent deletion, unless a longer period is legally required.
8. Security
We use organizational and technical safeguards designed to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration and disclosure. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect their credentials and review account sessions regularly.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and you may lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
You can delete your account in the ProSavePlus mobile application through Settings → Privacy → Delete my account. If you no longer have access to the application, use our public account-deletion page to submit your request.
10. Cookies and local storage
The presentation website uses limited browser storage for language and consent preferences. Read the Cookie policy for details and controls.
11. Children
ProSavePlus is not intended for children who cannot legally consent to an online service in their country. If you believe a child supplied personal data without appropriate authorization, contact us.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect service, legal or security changes. The latest version and update date will remain available on this page.
We will review and respond to verified requests.
